Booking Information

Room rates are valid for the indicated number of persons/day, incl. breakfast buffet, excl. local tax. 
Apartment rates are valid for the indicated number of persons per apart/day excl. final cleaning fee and local tax.
The one time final cleaning fee depends on the size/type of apart.
A shortstay surcharge may apply and is already included in the total price of your arrangement of your
offer/reservation.
Local tax: € 5,- per person/day, (15 years and older).

Reservation/Deposit/ Payment:
Your booking is secured upon receipt of a  30% deposit  by credit card with your online reservation or by bank transfer (free of charge for the recipient) to our account within 7 days from the date of the reservation. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled without further notice. 
The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer prior to your arrival or by check-in  in Cash, EC-bankcard (Maestro), Visa or Mastercard. 

Disounts for children in the room with parents or 2 full-paying adults on extra bed or sofa bed:

0 - 2 years   100%
3 - 6 years:    50% 
7 - 14 years:  30% 

Check-In: 3 p.m. 
If you expect to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know in advance. Late arrivals will be provided with a code to open the front door. 

Check-Out:  10 a.m. 

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Special offers or NonRefundableRates are not cancellable and cannot be changed.
Cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival are free of charge. All other bookings are subject to the
following conditions:

• Cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival no cancellation costs  
• 90 - 61 days prior to arrival - 30 % cancellation costs
• 60 - 31 days prior to arrival - 50 % cancellation costs
• 30 - 15 days prior to arrival - 70 % cancellation costs
• 14  days prior to  arrival, No Show or early departure 100% cancellation costs
• Unused services are not refundable. Please note that these cancallation fees are due in any case
  Instead of the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, the
  Terms & Regulations of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything unexpected might happen before you set off or during your holiday!  To avoid cancellation costs we highly recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance.
